DiamondKote DKW-3794E is a water based, mold release agent designed for application to ambient and hot metallic mold surfaces. It may be spray applied to hot surfaces (>140 F or simply wiped on utilizing a pure cotton cloth. When applied correctly, it will provide for multiple releases for many elastomeric compounds. It is particularly effective for silicone rubbers, peroxide cured EPDM and fluoroelastomers.
Most versatile for peroxide-cured compounds. Excellent for FKM and other exotic compounds
